I joined the service of University in September, 2004 and rose to the position of Chief Technologist in 2019.

Operating analytical equipment like Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS), Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectrophotometer (FTIR), UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) and Gas Chromatograph (GC).Regular maintenance of analytical equipment in the Laboratory.Receiving and testing of any analytical equipment supplied.Conducting laboratory tests according to standard procedures.Keeping records of analytical equipment, accessories and consumables in the Laboratory.Training of member of staff, especially Technologist on usage of analytical equipment.Giving technical advice to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Actively involves in accreditation exercises of various Departments in the UniversityPerforming any other duties as may be assigned by the Director
