As a Ph.D holder in Zoology of many years of experience. I have published several papers in reputable scopus ratedjournals such as elsevier, springeretc. I have also impacted the knowledge into many students at both undergraduate level and postgraduate levels at home and abroad.
I have carried out various researches on ecotoxicological effects of different pollutants on water quality and Clarias gariepinuswith record of high pollution. Most especially ecotoxicological effects of bitumen on water Quality of Oluwa river, Agbabu, Ondo State which becomes an additional information to already existing reports on some Nigerian waters with records of high pollution.
The work also shows from toxicity of heavy metals and Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon on Clarias gariepinus evidenced from histopathological, haematological and biochemicalanomalies, that fishes, especially C. gariepinusfrom Oluwa river is not fit for human consumption.
I am passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge and skills with students. I use innovative and interactive approaches to make my lectures stimulating, relevant, and practical. I also encourage students to participate in research activities and to develop their own ideas and projects.
