Brief about me

I am Ganiyu Muibat Omolara and I hold PhD in Agricultural Economics from Faculty of Agricultural Sciences Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. I had over 10 years of experience in teaching and research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A number of undergraduate students have been able to complete their research works under my supervision, while currently I have three postgraduate students whose projects are on-going. My area of research interest focused on Agricultural and Resource Economics which investigates how the environment, natural resources and agricultural lands are managed and the role of policy in improving their management. I have published 25 papers comprising 20 peer reviewed journal articles, 5 conference proceedings. About 70% of my articles were published in foreign scientific journals. I have a significant number of articles in my area of specialization. I am passionate about going for postdoctoral research and training at any moment in abroad.
