I am Mustapha Taiwo Jimoh, an indigene of Ede in Ede North Local Government area of Osun state. After my Primary and secondary school education, I was offered admission to study Geology at the prestigious Ogun state University. Ago Iwoye in 1993 where I obtained my B.Sc in Geology, after my mandatory national youth service in 2000, I proceeded to the University of Ibadan for my M.Sc degree which I obtained in 2006. After a brief stint as Chemistry teacher in a secondary school in Osun state, I joined the service of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso in 2009 as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Earth Sciences. While engaging myself as an academic staff in the department, I enrolled for my Doctor of Philosophy degree in the department of Geology, University of Ibadan. The programme was completed in 2018, which led to the award of Ph.D by the governing council of the institution.
