Brief about me

I am Oluyo Temitayo Olabisi,i obtained BSc Degree in Mathematics from University of Ilorin in the year 1999, MTech  and PhD Degrees from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso in the year 2003 and  2007 respectively. I joined LAUTECH in the year 2004 as an Assistant Lecturer and rose to position of Professor in the year 2017. I am currently a lecturer and a researcher in field of Biomathematics, Mathematical modeling of the epidemiology of infectious diseases. My research interest is focused on the use of Mathematical  approaches to gain insight into the epidemiology of diseases, predict the mode of spread of disease, predict the future course of an outbreak and to evaluate strategies to control an epidemic. I have supervised students at both MTech and PhD levels and i have published articles in reputable journals.
