I am Mrs. Onuegbu Joy Chinwendu. I joined the University Health Centre in 1994 as a staff nurse/midwife. Through promotion has risen to the position of Assistant Director of Nursing Service (ADNS). I entered the services of the University with Nigerian Registered Nurse and Nigerian Registered midwife certificates but further improved academically by obtaining post graduate Diploma and Msc in Social work (Health care option) from LAUTECH Ogbomoso. I also obtained my Bsc fro University of Ibadan. My Bsc in on Psychology and I made First Class grade. I live teaching and public speaking and have given Health talks to different organizations within the campus and outside the University. As a social worker, I am skilled in counselling educating and management of clints as I could to help clients become capable of coping with stressful situations. Also, as psychologist I function in the administration and give professional support to both patients and staff under my area of jurisdiction.
