Dr Ajayi is presently a Reader in construction Architecture at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso. A graduate of Architecture with Bachelor (Hons), Masters degree in Architecture and Doctorate (PhD) degree specializing in Construction ergonomics and Management at University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a researcher, academically experienced and a project facilitator strategist. With his large heart attributes he is always ready to assist. Dr Ajayi is a registered architect with South Africa Council of Architectural Profession (SACAP – Pr. Arch.), Nigeria Institute of Architects (mnia), Architects registration of Nigeria (ARCON), Member, Chattered Institute of Builders (CIoB UK), member of Namibia Institute of Architect (NIA). Associate member of Nigeria institution of Safety Engineers (ANISafetyE) and a Fellow of Institute of Policy Management Development (FIPMD). Served and presently serving in different committees within the university system,. an external examiner to different universities both local and international in which among them are University of Johannesburg South Africa, Namibia University of Science and Technology Namibia respectively and also an external assessors to National Research fund (NRF) South Africa from 2015 till date. Dr Ajayi possess professional experiences both in academics and professional practice with journal publications and ability to communicate his lectures and deliveries in different communicable medias. The interaction of theory and practice cum research has always been the essence of his lectures for future Architects. Hence, Dr Ajayi believes that the subject of design lectures should always be seen in context with construction and economics.
