Brief about me

I was born in Oyo, Oyo state on 26th July 1978 to late Engr. Abdullateef Akinkunmi Adewale and Late Hajah Dhikroh Adewale nee Faniyi. I am the third of seven siblings.I received my primary education in Ansar u-deen Primary School, Alagbon, Oyo before enrolling into Ladigbolu Grammar School, Oyo for my secondary education in 1990 and 1996 respectively.

In 2005, I pursued my bachelor degree in University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria in Bachelor of Science (Physics) that was completed in 2007. I continued my Master of Science (Physics) degree soon after and completed the course in 2011. In 2020, I was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Engineering at Universiti Malaysia, Perlis, Malaysia.

Throughout my career life, I have been in university system for more than 9 years. I started my journey in Kwara State University back in November 2013 as assistant lecturer in Department of Physics and Material Sciences, Faculty of Pure and Applied Science and rise to Lecture II in 2021. In November 2021, I was appointed in Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso as Lecture I and promoted to a senior lecturer in December, 2022 until now.

I married with Hajia Rashedat Bolanle Adeniji, who is a Medical Radiographer working with University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Kwara state in 2011. We are blessed with four children; Hassan, Muhammad, Juwayreeyah and Umar.
