Dr. Festus Kehinde OJO is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Nigeria. He received the B.Tech. degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Nigeria, in 2008, the M.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Communication Engineering option) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from the Universiti Sains Malaysia, George Town, Malaysia, in 2019.
He began his academic career in Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Nigeria, where he joined the Department as a Graduate Assistant in 2009. He rose through the academic ranks to become Senior Lecturer in 2019. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Dr. Ojo has extensive teaching experience in Electronic and Electrical Engineering at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (with specialization in Communication Engineering). He has supervised one and co-supervised three Master’s students to graduation. He has published over thirty (30) peer-reviewed Journal articles and Conference papers in both local and international Journals.
His main research interests include Signal Processing, Green Communication, Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Communication Channel Modeling, Wireless Energy Harvesting in Cooperative Communication and Cognitive Radio Networks.
