I have extensive experience as a researcher and lecturer in the area of Applied Mathematics, with a focus on numerical analysis and computation. I was promoted to Senior Lecturer in the previously mentioned field of study as of October 1, 2018. Finding solutions to boundary value problems in an infinite region and solutions to differential equations of fractional order are both current areas of interest for my research.
I started working with Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2009, and since then, I have successfully trained over 70 undergraduates and 6 postgraduate students (2 M.Tech and 4 Ph.D.). In addition to being an examiner for the National Mathematics Competition for University Students (NAMCUS) at the National Mathematical Center (NMC), Abuja, I am also a member of the Nigerian Mathematics Society (NMS) and the Nigerian Association of Mathematical Physics (NAMP). More than 33 journal articles I have written have been published in national and international publications, many of which are listed in SCOPUS and Clarivate Analytics' SCI and SCIE databases. I have also worked for LAUTECH in a variety of capacities, including as the acting head of the department of pure and applied mathematics (2020-2022), a member of the faculty's postgraduate abstract review committee (2018-2021), and a member of the university's SIWES Committee (2019-2020).
