Brief about me

Osuolale Olukorede Michael is an academic staff at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria, where he is currently involved in teaching, research and administration. Olukorede had his first degree in Civil Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria in 1998. Based on his excellent academic performance in his class, he was offered an appointment as a Graduate Assistant in January, 1999. He had both his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. His Ph. D was multidisciplinary cutting across Environmental science, Geology, Soil mechanics, Modelling and Simulation and Highway and Transportation Engineering. He is a Professor of Highway and Transportation Engineering at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria.

He has publications in several journals in both international and local journals, he has presented technical papers in both international and local conferences. He has taught courses in Mathematics and Statistics, Computer programming, and virtually in all areas of Civil Engineering: Civil Engineering Materials, Foundation and Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Analysis, Highway and Traffic Engineering, System Engineering and so on. Olukorede has been involved in some administrative assignments at the Department, Faculty and University level. He is a great team player and he has excellent leadership qualities. He is well behaved and epitome of self-discipline, he has sound health, no physical disabilities and is emotionally stable. He is passionate in impacting the lives of young students, in order to raise new generation of solution providers to the challenges in the world.
