I  am the Principal Confidential Secretary II  and I have worked at different departments within LAUTECH and I attend to students’ request and complaints,  and staff request and complaints, taking minutes of departmental meetings, attends to typing and drafting of correspondents, coordinating of other administrative staff and attending to any other matters as may be directed by head of department.>
